📄Reporting Output and Document Review >> Asset Audit
The Asset Audit is an advanced reporting feature designed to provide comprehensive traceability and oversight for all structural assets tracked within the application.
This feature generates a detailed, dedicated report for any selected asset, serving as a complete historical dossier. The report consolidates critical information into two main sections:
Summary Prospectus: A concise overview providing the asset's essential master data and its current hierarchical assignment (Unit and Node). Crucially, it includes the most recent graphical representation or visualization of the asset, ensuring users immediately understand the current context.
Comprehensive Change History: This section details every recorded change or update related to the asset throughout its history within the system. This includes changes to its name, unit assignment, hierarchical position, or any relevant configuration adjustments.
The Asset Audit function is vital for compliance, maintenance, and strategic review. It provides stakeholders with a single, verifiable document that confirms the asset's identity, tracks its organizational lifecycle, and validates its data integrity for historical reporting and risk assessment purposes.
