📊Hierarchical and Parametric Analytical Reporting >> Configuration Customization
The Customization feature provides administrators with granular control over the application's core parameters, ensuring the tracking and analysis align precisely with the organization's unique structure, size, and regulatory requirements.
This feature allows for three critical areas of configuration:
Index Calculation Tuning (FR/SR): Users can define and adjust the parameters (e.g., standard regulatory factors or company-specific scales) used in the calculation of the Frequency Rate (FR) and Severity Rate (SR). This ensures the indices are accurately calibrated to the company's size, sector, and internal standards.
Organizational Mapping (Meta-Labels): The application allows the user to configure and rename the hierarchical meta-labels (Asset, Unit, and Node) to match the client's internal organizational structure and terminology (e.g., renaming "Unit" to "Department" or "Plant").
Data Historical Depth: Administrators can define the maximum historical depth of data retention and access, managing database storage and ensuring that long-term trend analysis adheres to specific retention policies.
By offering this level of control, the Customization feature ensures the application is not a generic tool, but a precise, validated instrument that reflects the client's reality, enhancing the relevance and trustworthiness of all safety metrics and reports.
